1. How do I track my order after it has been placed?
- Tracking information will be provided via email after your order has been shipped.
2. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been processed?
- If your order has not been shipped, you can email us and we would assist you with changes or cancellations. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we are unable to cancel it, but if the order is sent back to us in the original packaging and condition, we would be able to offer you an exchange or store credit.
3. How long does regular shipping and express shipping take?
- Regular shipping takes approximately 7-10 business days.
- Express shipping takes 2-3 business days
4. What is your return policy?
- We do not offer refunds. We only offer exchange or store credit provided your package is returned within 15 days in the original condition and packaging. We also do not cover shipping costs for returns.
5. How do I know what size to order?
- We have a size guide on our website and instructions on how to measure yourself properly. If you are still unsure you can send us an email and our fashion consultant will assist you in picking the correct size.

- All products undergo thorough inspection before being shipped out, but in the rare occasion that you receive a defective order, please send us an email and we will work with you to rectify it as soon as possible.
